The most exciting food can often be found on the bustling streets of Africa’s vibrant markets. In this class, we’re bringing that energy and flavor to our kitchen! We’ll explore the fun, portable, and incredibly tasty world of African street food. Our first stop is making classic samoosa  triangles, filling them with a spiced mixture of potatoes and peas, and learning the secret to folding them perfectly.
